Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged purchases while in transit through the USPS. All claims should be directly disputed with USPS rather than through PayPal. If a dispute is filed through PayPal, you will be removed and blocked from all SDB platforms.

 

Shipping Delays

Please remember that the ETA for each presale is an estimate for when each collection is shipped to Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC. Once an order is shipped to our warehouse, it will take time to inventory, package, and ship to you. When your order ships, you should receive an email with a tracking number. Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC is not liable for any delays in receiving or shipping your paid for items as a result of inclement weather, an act of God, or a worldly pandemic.

 

Shipping Costs

Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC utilizes standard shipping rates. We are aware that these costs are high; however, we do not profit from shipping. Shipping rates are as follows:

• • 1 item- $5.50
  • 2 items- $7.50
  • 3 items- $9.50
  • 4 items- $11.50
  • 5 or more items- $13

 

Address Changes 

Once you've placed an order, any address changes must be emailed directly to Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC by contacting us at smockingdogboutique@gmail.com. Although you may update your address in your online account, it WILL NOT UPDATE your address on any existing orders. Please email us BEFORE your order is shipped. Failure to do so will result in payment to reship at your cost. 

 

Sales Tax

Taxes are automatically applied for all Georgia residents at checkout and may be applied for additional states upon nexus being established within the state.
