Refund policy

Returns

All purchases from Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC are final and non-refundable with the exception of a manufacturing defect. All manufacturing flaws must be reported to us at smockingdogboutique@gmail.com within two days of delivery per USPS tracking. When contacting us, please include your invoice number and pictures of the defective item. If a defective item has an eligible replacement in stock, we will offer it. When we do not have an item in stock, you may request a remake or refund in the form of store credit. Defective items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. 

 

Order Modifications

Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC will not issue a refund for an incorrect purchase, sizing issue, or buyers remorse. Once an order is submitted and payment is made, your order cannot be adjusted. Please carefully review your invoice for size, quantity, and customization preferences before making payment. Please send all inquiries regarding your invoice to smockingdogboutique@gmail.com 

 

Sale Items

All purge and sale items from Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC are considered final sale. Discounted items are not eligible for further discount or replacement due to minor manufacturing defects. 

 

Split Pay

Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC offers split pay as a courtesy to our customers with a minor $2 processing fee. By using split pay, you as the customer agree to pay the initial half of your invoice upon ordering and the final half of the invoice when the manufacturer begins to ship items to Smocking Dog Boutique, LLC. Failure to pay the second half of the split pay invoice will result in forfeiture of your items and initial payment.
